Project Overview

Energica Power Solutions is a growing, engineer-led energy company in Tripoli, Lebanon that operates solar installations and sells the electricity produced. We delivered a web-based management system that centralizes station operations, client management, energy usage tracking, invoicing, receipts, and audit logs—giving leadership full visibility and staff the tools to run daily operations with accuracy.

Challenge

Energica needed a single source of truth for multi-station operations, billing accuracy, and accountability across teams—without relying on scattered spreadsheets and manual processes.

Solution

We built a Laravel-based management platform with role-based access, station and client management, daily consumption tracking, automated invoicing, receipts, account adjustments, and audit logs. The system supports operational transparency, faster billing cycles, and scalable growth.
