Organizations need shared operational foundations while retaining their own structure, terminology and access boundaries. A single fixed organizational model is a poor fit for that variation.
Idara — Organization Management Platform
Members, organizational hierarchy, permissions and workflows in a configurable Arabic and English web platform.
What we built and why.
Members, organizational hierarchy, permissions and workflows in a configurable Arabic and English web platform.
Vagary developed Idara around configurable organization structures and reusable workflows, with organization-specific public websites alongside the management platform.
Structure and membership
Member profiles, hierarchy and positions give the platform a model of the organization. Membership and scoped access connect people to the part of that structure they work within, rather than giving every user the same view of all data.
Permissions and everyday workflows
Roles and permissions govern the operational workspace. Programs, messages, contributions and periodic tracking provide configurable workflow areas. Availability at platform level does not mean every organization uses every capability.
Bilingual public and internal experiences
Arabic and English interfaces, including right-to-left presentation, support organization-specific identities and workflows. Public information remains separate from permission-controlled member records.
