Administrators need to follow submissions, maintain partner information and keep shared content useful while the customer-facing app remains simple.
MIRS — Referral Operations & Administration
An operational workspace for referral follow-up, partner support, training and community content.
What we built and why.
An operational workspace for referral follow-up, partner support, training and community content.
The Laravel administration implementation brings referral search and status actions together with user notes, content review and training management.
Follow referrals through their status
Referral listing supports search and status filtering. Individual referral actions include status changes and notification paths, connecting an operator’s follow-up with the partner experience. Referral import is also present in the administration implementation.
Maintain partner context
User administration and notes provide context for the team working with referrals. Support requests and feedback have administration paths rather than being left only in the mobile interface.
Manage shared content
Community approval and training-video management support the resources visible to partners. These responsibilities form a distinct administration story, even though they belong to the same MIRS engagement and backend.
